湖南省境内珠江流域生态安全问题及对策

Ecological Safety of Zhujiang River Basin in Hunan Province

珠江流域水生态环境整体良好,但随着城市化进程加快和区域经济的快速发展,环境问题日趋严峻.分析了珠江流域湖南省境内水环境的主要生态安全问题,提出生态恢复对策如控制污染源,对工业污染源,城镇生活污染源,规模化畜禽养殖污染源以及非点源污染进行全面治理和控制,实施“水体生态修复”工程,加强水生植物的保护和培育;限制人为因素对水生生物生存环境的干扰,保护水生生态环境等对策.指出建立科学合理的流域生态补偿机制和全流域合作管理模式是解决生态安全问题的关键.

With the economic development of the cities and relevant regions, the environmental problems appeared in Zhujiang river basin. It aims to present primary ecological safety problems of water environment, and some measures for ecological restoration are suggested as well, which include.how to control the pollution sources, how to renovate the water ecological environment, and how to establish the regional mechanism of ecological compensation and the appropriate harmonious model of basin management.
