The paper demonstrates the related problems about establishing the culture of ideological education under the soeialist outlook of honor and shame. We propose to construct the ＂Honor and Shame＂ ideological education course culture in the aim of promoting students＇ body and mind harmonious development, with the oontent of inearnating the Honor and Shame value and emphasizing the oonduet, environment and prevailing education method.
