摘要
2003年以来,随着企业的改制,设备工艺和管理手段在不断的更新,企业对高技能人才的需求更加迫切,要求更加严格。本文通过明确目标、领导重视、制定计划、严格考核等四个方面对培养南钢自己的高技能人才的方式方法进行探讨,创新出一条培养高技能人才的特色之路。
Enterprises are very urgent for the talents with high skill after information of enterprise, updating equipment and management since 2003. The paper discusses cultivation for talents' with high skill from four aspects such as having a clear aim, leaders' emphasis, making plan and having strict examination, which innovates a unusual way of cultivation for talents' with high skill.
