论钢铁行业在供应链条件下的零库存管理

Management of Zero Inventory under the Pattern of Supply Chain in Iron & Steel Industry

我国钢铁企业普遍存在着高库存、资源分散、库存不清等问题，为此，供应链管理环境下的库存控制上升为钢铁企业的重要课题。怎样通过将供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商等主体集成为一个网络，对这些具有不同目标主体之间的行为活动进行计划、协调、操作、控制和优化，使企业能够以最低的成本在准确的时间（Right time）和准确的地点（Right plaee）将准确的产品（Right product）送到客户手中？本文主要从三方面阐述推动我国钢铁行业产业链下零库存管理的具体对策与建议。

A lot of problems have existed such as high inventory, scattered resources and unclear stocks in our iron ＆ steel industries. Therefore, stock control under the pattern of supply chain is more important. How do we plan, cooperate, operate, control and optimize different objectives and deliver goods to customers in fight time, right place and right product at lowest cost by integrating a network of supplier, manufacturer, middleman and trademan？ The paper expatiates countermeasures and suggestions in detail from three aspects to improve management for zero inventory under the pattern of industry chain in iron ＆ steel industries.
