Characteristics of Document Resources and Conditions of Its Sharing

文献资源的特质就是可利用性、可再生性。资源共享就其特质而言是一种目标、一种结果,其最终落脚点是共同“享用”文献情报资源,然而,一切享受均以具备一定的条件为前提。实现文献资源共享应具备六大条件:一是密切合作的思想;二是切合实际的理论研究;三是运转迅速的文献情报网络;四是完善的政策法规;五是布局合理的文献情报资源;六是高质量的文献情报队伍。

Characteristics of document resources refer to its availability and recyclability. Resources - sharing is by nature one target or one result, and its eventual purpose is to share the document information resources. But all these must be based on some conditions. In this paper the author puts forward six conditions for the realization of document resources sharing. They are ： idea of close cooperation, practical theoretical research, fast - running network of document resources, perfect policy and regulations, reasonable distribution of document resources, and highly qualified staff of document resources.
