摘要
为观察有氧健身操锻炼对老年女性身体形态、心血管和生化指标的影响,于2005-07-14/2006-01-14组织76名玉林城区老年女性(自愿参加,平均年龄58岁)进行为期24周的有氧健身操锻炼,锻炼时间60min/次,每周3次,运动中的心率控制在110~125次/min。锻炼前后观察身体形态(体质量和腰围)、心血管功能(安静心率和血压)以及血生化指标的变化。结果显示经过24周有氧健身操锻炼后老年女性的体质量和腰围较锻炼前下降(P<0.01),安静心率和血压也较锻炼前显著下降(P<0.01或0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于锻炼前(P<0.01),总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油等指标则出现不同程度的下降,其中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和三酰甘油下降更明显(P<0.01)。提示有氧健身操锻炼能改善老年女性体形,提高心血管功能,改善血脂水平,对预防心血管疾病有重要作用。
To observe the effect of aerobic exercise on the body shape, cardiovascular, physiology and biochemical indexes of elderly women, we trained 76 old women (volunteers, mean age 58 years old) from urban area of Yulin from 14^th July 2005 to 14^th January 2006, 60 minutes every time, 3 times a week. The heart rate during exercise was controlled within 110-125 times per minute. The changes in their body shape (body mass and waistline), cardiovascular function (resting heart rate and blood pressere) and biochemical indexes before and after exercise were observed. The results showed that after 24 Weeks of aerobic exercise, the body mass and waistline of the subjects were decreased compared with that before exercise (P 〈 0.01 ), so were the resting heart rate and blood pressure (P 〈 0.01-0.05), while the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level was higher than that before ex- ercise (P 〈 0.01), the total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglycedde (TG) were decreased, especially the LDL-C and TG (P 〈 0.01 ). This experiment indicates that eerobic exercise can perfect the body shape, improve the cardiovascular function and blood fat of eldedy women, which plays an important role in preventing cardiovascular disease.
