摘要 目的了解高中二年级学生的心理健康状况。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对湛江二中2004届和2005届共329名高二学生进行调查,采用中学生心理健康诊断测验量表为调查工具。结果该校高二学生中未检出存在明显心理障碍的学生,有60.2%的学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题,学习方面的心理问题最为严重,38.3%的学生存在学习焦虑,男生心理健康水平好于女生,男女生存在心理健康问题的比例分别为38.6%和60.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验班和普通班学生心理健康状况的差别无统计学意义,2005届高二学生心理健康状况较2004届好,且有统计学意义。结论该校高二学生有一定比例的人存在心理健康问题,应进一步加强学生心理健康教育,以适应学生素质教育的需要。 Objective To investigate the mental health status of students in Grade Two of senior high school. Methods A questionnaire survey, using by MTH, was conducted among 329 students in Grade Two of 2004 and 2005 years. Results 60.2% students had different degree of mental problems, but no one was found to have obvious mental obstacle. The rates of boys and girls were 38.6 % and 60.8 % respectively. The mental problem about learning was most serious, 38.3% student had anxiety of learning. The mental state of students in 2005 was higher than that of 2004. There was no significant difference between experiment class and common class students. Conclusion Some students have mental troubles. The mental health education should be more carried out among the students to in order the demand of character education.
