Expression and significance of perforin in hepatitis B virus-associated nephritis

目的:通过探测PFP在HBV相关性肾炎的肾组织的表达,以了解PFP介导的细胞毒作用在HBV-GN发病中的意义.方法:10例HBV-GN活检肾组织,冰冻切片采用免疫组化法(Elivision)的方法检测HBV-GN肾活检组织中的per-forin的表达.结果:在HBV-GN肾组织内perforin在2/10的肾小球表达,3/10在肾小管阳性表达,7/10肾间质表达.Per-forin在肾小球与肾间质的表达差异有统计学意义(P=0.014,P<0.05).肾间质病变轻,中,重度间得Perforin表达差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:HBV-GN的发病过程中,CD8+CTL介导的perforin途径,可能起到一定的作用.

AIM： To study the expression of perforin （PFP） in hepatitis B virus （HBV） -associated nephritis and its significance, and to explore the relationship of specific cytotoxic effect of CD8 ＋ CTL mediated by PFP and HBV-glomerulonephritis （GN）. METHODS ： Immunohistochemistry （Evilision） was adopted to check the expression of PFP in frozen renal sections from renal biopsy of 10 HBV-GN cases. RESULTS： PFP positive expression was found in glomerulus （2/10）, renal tubules （3/10） and renal interstitium （7/10）. The difference of PFP expression in glomerulus and renal interstitium was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant positive correlation among the expression of PFP and the degrees of pathological lesion in renal interstitium. CONCLUSION： PFP may play a role in the attack of HBV-GN.
