女性不孕症患者的人格特征与心理健康状况

Personality characteristics and mental health status of female infertility patients

目的:探讨女性不孕症患者的个性与心理健康状况,为调整和提高患者的心理健康水平提供心理学依据.方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对254例女性不孕症患者进行SCL-90和EPQ测查,进行逐个分析,并与正常对照进行比较(128例).结果:女性不孕症患者EPQ的神经质(N)维度分数高于对照组(P<0.01),表明患者情绪不稳定.SCL-90各因子分显示人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执等均与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).患者存在明显的心理卫生问题,以人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁为主要特征性表现.结论:女性不孕症患者情绪不稳定,有明显的神经质反应,心理卫生状况不佳.以人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁为主要表现.应重视患者存在的心理健康问题,及早的进行心理干预和患者的自身心理调适.

AIM： To discuss the personality characteristics and mental health status of female infertility patients, so as to supply a psychological basis for regulating and improving patients＇ mental health level. METHODS： By the method of random sampling, 254 female infertility patients were investigated with SCL-90 and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） , analyzed one by one, and compared with normal controls （n = 128）. RESULTS： N scores in EPQ in the female infertility patients were higher than those in control group （ P〈0.01 ） , which showed that the patients had emotional lability. SCL-90 showed interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression, hostility, paranoia, and so on, were significantly different from those of control group （P〈0.01 ）. The patients had obvious mental health problems, such as interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and depression. CONCLUSION： Female infertility patients show emotional lability, obvious nervousness and bad mental health status. The main symptoms are interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and depression. The patients＇ mental health problems should be treated with mental interference and self-adjustmert as early as possible.
