摘要
目的:研究环形CO2激光及生物胶在兔子无缝合末端吻合术中的使用,通过测量吻合口压力证实医用生物胶及环形CO2激光在小肠组织焊接中的可行性.方法:以动物实验分析环形CO2激光及医用生物胶在组织焊接中的作用.结果:环形CO2激光及医用生物胶能明显提高吻合口压力,并且对组织无毒副作用.结论:应用环形CO2激光及医用生物胶进行组织焊接有炎症反应轻、粘连少、狭窄现象少、愈合快等优点.
AIM: To investigation the application and feasibility the carbon dioxide (CO2) laser and medical biological glue in rabbit's bowel anastomoses through measuring the anastomotic pressure. METHODS: The application efficacy of the CO2 laser and medical biological glue was evaluated through anaimal experiments. RESULTS: The pressure of anastomotic stoma was obviously improved by CO2 laser and the biological glue, and the glue did harmless to tissue. CONCLUSION: The advantages of utilizing the circular CO2 laser and medical biological glue for bowel anastomosis in rabbits include slighter inflammation, less adherence and faster healing.
