The Analysis of and the solutions to the Contradiction between New Countryside Construction's Demand for Talents and Graduates' Employment

从建设社会主义新农村的社会背景出发,尝试分析我国新农村建设人才需求与毕业生到农村就业的现状,针对当前就业形势严峻及高校毕业生到农村就业的现实矛盾,分别从毕业生的价值观、高校的结构和办学模式以及改善农村就业环境等方面提出建议,积极探索高校毕业生就业新模式。

Setting about from the social background of the construction of new socialist countryside, this paper tries to analyze the current situation of new countryside construction＇s demand for talents and graduate＇s employment in rural areas. In allusion to the realistic contradiction of severe situation of graduates＇ employment and the graduates＇ employment in the countryside, the paper moves forwards to propose some suggestions on new modes of graduates＇ employment from such respects as the graduate＇s values the structure and the running mode of universities, the improvement of the countryside＇s employment environment, etc.
