摘要
通过对裸地和草地两种地表上０．５ｍ，１．０ｍ，１．５ｍ和２．０ｍ，四个不同高度风速的连续整天观测，并将所测的大量数据进行统计分析，结果发现测定地表粗糙度的最佳高度是１．５ｍ与２．０ｍ。
Through continously all day long observing four different height wind velocity, 0.5 m,1.0 m,1.5 m and 2.0 m, which over bare ground and grassland, the results of statistically analysing lots of data observed show that the best height in determining the earth surface rough degree are 1 5 m and 2.0 m; the best wind velocity range is 4￣6 m/s.
