摘要
GPS作为一种为军事目的而开发的卫星无线导航系统,具有全天候、高精度、自动化、高效益等显著特点,目前已运用于我国警方的勤务监督管理工作中。GPS技术在公安勤务管理中的运用,有利于实现高效的指挥调度机制,提高调警、处警的速度和质量;有利于强化对警车和警员的监督与管理;有利于科学规划和及时、合理地调整勤务模式。
As a satellite wireless navigation system developed for military purpose, Global Positioning System has the characteristics of all - weather, high precision, automation and high efficiency. Nowadays,it has been put to use in the supervision and administration of our country＇s police service. The application of GPS technique in police service administration helps realize the management mechanism of high efficiency, improve the speed and quality of deploying policemen; it helps strengthen the administration of supervising and administrating police seviee mode timely and rationally.
