新的《义务教育法》充满平等、人权、正义的法治理念,体现了打造服务型政府、责任政府的法治要求,更清晰地界定了相关各方的权利、义务,强化了各种违法行为的法律责任,是依法治国的法治原则在义务教育领域的体现。

The new compulsory education law is enacted on the basis of legal ideas of equality, human right and justice, which shows the requirement of service and responsible government. The rights and duties are provided more clearly and the liabilities are strengthened. So it shows that compulsory education is governed by tbe principle of rule of law.
