摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定天麻素注射液的含量及有关物质。方法色谱柱为岛津VP-ODS C_(18)柱(150mm×4．6mm, 5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(2．5∶97．4∶0．1),流速为1．0mL/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为30℃。结果天麻素质量浓度线性范围是4～400μg/mL(r=0．9997),平均回收率为99．87％,RSD为0．50％。结论HPLC法灵敏、快速,结果准确,可用于天麻素注射液的质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of gastrodin injection and its related substances. Methods The methods was performed with C18 （150mm×4.6mm, 5μm） as the chromatogxaphic cohmn. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-waterphosphoric acid （2. 5：97.4：0. 1） with a flow rate at 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 220nm. Results The calibration cure of gastrodin was linear in the range of 4-400 μg/mL （r=0.9997）,the average recovery rate was 99. 87% and RSD was 0. 50%. The chief peak of gastrodin and those of their related substances were well isolated in all the specificity tests. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and rapid. It can be used to determine the content of gastrodin injection and its related substances.
