摘要
目的建立防芷鼻炎片中甘草酸含量的测定方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇- 0．2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),流速为1．0mL/min,检测波长为250nm。结果甘草酸铵进样量在0．193～1．737μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0．9992,平均回收率为99．17％,RSD=1．22％。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,精密度高,可用于防芷鼻炎片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a simple sensitive HPLC method for determining glycyrrhiziate acid in Fangzhibiyan tablets. Methods Glycyrrhizic acid was separated on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column （250mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase of methanol-0. 2 mol/L ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid （67：33：1） and detected at 250nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results Glycyrrhiziate acid showed a good linear relationship at arrange of 0. 193 - 1. 737 μg, r = 0. 999 2. The average recovery rate was 99. 17% , RSD was 1.22%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with good repeat and high precision, and can be used for quality control of Fangzhibiyan tablets.
