摘要
本文以相似理论为基础,对油烧辊道窑燃烧室进行水力模型模拟研究,用萘颗粒作为示综剂进行流场及温度场的分析,以探讨辊道窑的最佳燃烧室结构及合理的烧咀布设。
In this paper,the hydraulic model of the combustion chamber of the oil - burning roller hearth kiln with heavy fuel is built up according to the theory of similarity. Using the naphthalene particles as tracer, the flow field and the temperature field have been analysed. A optimum construction of combustion chamber and a reasonable distribution of burner has been studied.
