摘要
[目的]以二氯异氰尿酸钠为主要成分做成复合泡腾片,改善其原有的氯味高、稳定性差、毒性大等缺点。[方法]选择合适配方,制备消毒片,并进行理化、消毒效果、毒理测定。[结果]0·5g重的片剂3·04min即可完全溶解于水,密闭容器内一年有效率降低不大于0·35%,且氯味大大降低。当有效氯为100mg/L时,对细菌繁殖体作用5min,杀灭率100%;有效氯为2000mg/L,对细菌芽孢作用10min可达到消毒效果;当菌悬液中加2%蛋白胨时,对细菌芽孢需2000mg/L有效氯作用30min达到消毒效果;有效氯为1000mg/L对HBsAg作用15min可达到灭活效果。该消毒片剂急性毒理实验结果表明:LD50为4735mg/kg,属低毒类物质。[结论]二氯异氰尿酸钠复合泡腾片具有速溶、高效、稳定、微氯味、低毒等特点。
[Objective]The compound effervescent tablet of sodium dichloroisocyanurate was made to improve some demerit s in it strong odor of chlorine,unstabilization, and toxicity. [Methods]It was prepared according to reserved procedure and was measured in aspects of its characteristics in physics and chemistry, sterilization effect and toxicity test. [Resuits]The compound effervescent tablet of 0.5 g could completely dissolved in water with a 3.04 min contact time. its effective rate was reduced not to over 0.35 % degree in the closed container for a year and the odor of chlorine was lighten ed greatly. The experimental result showed:while the solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L,the kill ratio of bacterial propagula exposed to available chlorine 100 mg/L for 5 rain was 100 % ;Bacterial spores exposed to available chlorine 2 000 mg/L for 10 rain could be sterilized; While 2% peptone added in bacterium suspension, bacterialspores exposed to available chlorine 2 000 mg/L for 10 min could be sterilized; HBV exposed to available chlorine 1000 mg/L for 15 min could be inactived. The result of its acute toxicity test indicated: LD50 of the compound effervescent tablet was 4 735 mg/ kg,which belonged to low toxicant. [Conclusion]The compound effervescent tablet of sodium dichloroisocyanurate had some characterlcs of quick dissolving, high effectiveness,stabilization,slight odor of chlorine,low toxicant and so on.
