烧成工艺对钛酸铝稳定性影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文详细研究了烧成温度和保温时间对钛酸铝热稳定性的影响。结果表明:提高烧成温度和延长保温时间有利于提高钛酸铝的热稳定性。通过%一ray衍射分析和透射电镜分析,揭示了钛酸铝稳定性的提高是由于钛酸铝晶粒的充分发育、长大以及钛酸铝晶体结构中的八面体畸变程度下降的缘故。 The effect of sintering temperature and soaking time on the thermal stability of aluminium titanate has been investigated in detail-The results show that the increase of sintering temperature and the prolongation of soaking time contribute to the improvement in the stability of Al2TiO5- By means of XRD and TEM.it has been brought to light that the improvement in stability is attributed to the well-grown crystal grains and the reduction in the degree of distortion of the octahedra within the crystal structure.
