摘要
目的:研究乳酸菌对无机硒的吸收利用程度,以寻找对无机硒有机转化的生物载体。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,对加入不同量无机硒乳酸菌进行培养处理后测定其硒含量,计算对其吸收利用率。结果:乳酸菌的吸收利用率最高者为98.5%、最低者为72.7%,结论:乳酸菌对无机硒吸收程度较高,有一定研究和应用价值。
Objective: To study the degree of lactobeciUus absorbing and using selenium, in order to find the biology carrier to transform inorganic selenium into organic selenium. Methods: We cultured the lactobacillus, by adding the different amount of inorganic selenium, and measured the sdenium content in the 'culture productions by ultraviolet spectroscopy to calculate the inorganic selenium absorbing - using ratio. Results: In the select lactobaeiUus, the highest absorbing - using ratio was 98.5 % and the lowest was 72.7 %. Conclusion: the select lactobaciUus made greater inorganic selenium absorbing- using ratios, and deserve to be further study and use.
