对6种抗缺氧类药物,用原子吸收分光光度法测定4种微量元素(Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn)的含量,并进行因子分析,建立因子对变量的回归方程,选取主因子F1、F2的得分值作图,中成药间药效有明显不同。并对数据进行聚类分析,分析结果与因子分析结果一致。

The content of 4 elements in 6 samples of anti - oxygen deficits Chinese traditional medicines was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, using factor analysis, the regression equation of factor- variables was established. The graphic representation with the first and the second factor score showed the efficacy of Chinese traditional medicines, the drug efficacy of medicines has obviously different. The factor analysis and clustering analysis result to be consistent.
