鱼类血清中锌含量与生长激素水平的关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 应用原子吸收光谱法测定了6种养殖鱼类血清中的锌含量,采用放射免疫分析法测定了相应血清中的生长激素水平。实验结果表明,养殖鱼类血清中的生长激素水平与锌含量呈正相关。 The content of Zn of serum in 6 kinds of mariculture fishes was determined by AAS, and the level of growth hormone of those was determined by RIA. The results showed that level of growth hormone of serum was positively correlated with content of Zn of serum in maficulture fishes.
