摘要
上门收取是目前新型农村合作医疗农民个人筹资的主导方式。通过对上门收取个人筹资方式的产生背景、操作过程和存在问题等进行分析与评价,提出在现阶段上门收取个人筹资方式具有一定的可持续性。
House call is a leading way of individual premium collection in new rural CMS at present. This paper analyzes and evaluates its background, operating procedure and existing problems, then concludes that house call for individual premium collection is sustainable in present stage of CMS.
