摘要 针对纵向一体化的概念及其战略决策,提出并讨论了纵向一体化战略的合作博弈论解释及该解释下的两种方法模型——Shapley方法和nucleolus方法,即利益分配模型,用来考察实施纵向一体化战略决策前后利益所发生的变化。通过实例分析证明了实施纵向一体化战略的必要性和有利性:一方面可以降低成本,增加利润;另一方面可以获得竞争优势,使企业经营更加稳健、灵活。 With the vertical integration introduced, the strategy of the vertical integration based on cooperative game theory is put forward and discussed, and the Shapley method and the nucleolus method are presented as two solutions of cooperative game theory, namely profit distributing models, to contrast the profit change when putting the strategy into practice or not. At last, the analysis of an example shows that it is necessary and advantageous to carry out the vertical integration and proves that corporations not only can reduce the cost and increase the profit, but also can improve enterprise' s competitive power.
