摘要
项目成本估算是项目投标决策的核心工作和重要内容,传统的评价方法有平均值法和微积分法,但是这些方法存在一定的缺陷。为了寻求准确的符合实际情况的项目成本估算方法,引入了动态规划法,从新的角度重新审视项目成本,利用最优性原理对项目进行成本评估。研究结果显示,动态规划法对项目成本估算具有更好的可靠性、优越性及有效性,其计算结果可以为项目投标提供高质量的决策信息及依据。
Project cost evaluation is an important content and pivotal work of project bid decision. The average method and calculus method axe most common traditional ones, they have intrinsic disadvantages of themselves. To search more accurate and objective methods of project cost evaluation. This paper has introduced the dynamic programming (DP) method, through which the project cost is reconsidered from a new angle, and it is evaluated by using optimization theory. The study results show that the dynamic programming (DP) method is more reliable, predominant and effective for project cost evaluation, and its calculation outcome could offer high quality decision-making gist for project bid.
