摘要
以有限元法为基础,提出了一种优化夹钳整体结构的方法,并对该方法进行了实践。分析结果显示,该方法合理地解决了夹钳强度与其工作可靠性的矛盾,为同类产品的改进设计提供参考。
A coil claimp optzation method based on finite element analysis is put forward. Actual application shows that this method canr ationally handle the relationship between clamp strength and operation reliability and can be a reference for the similar product improved design.
