论旅游发展战略研究的创新与体系

The System and Innovation of Tourism Development Strategic Study

近年来,旅游发展战略研究是被人们忽视的一个研究领域,从目前旅游理论研究现状和实践应用领域来看,旅游战略研究与旅游发展战略规划具有独立于其它研究和规划并成为独立领域的趋势。结合新的研究与发展趋势,探讨了以项目和活动为核心、以主题旅游为核心、区际旅游战略整合与战略伙伴关系、投资体制变革与规划研究等旅游发展战略研究创新的6个方面,并在此基础上尝试性地构建了旅游发展需求型发展战略、资源型发展战略和投资型发展战略的创新框架,初步探讨了旅游发展战略研究的创新与体系。

Tourism development strategic study has been ignored in tourism researches in recently years, but according to tourism theoretical studies and its applications now, it is an obvious and important developing trend that tourism strategic researches and tourism strategic planning will be an independent researching field with great difference from other tourism researching fields. In this paper, combined the new researches with de velopment trends, we discuss six aspects on innovation system of tourism strategic researches, which are projects and activities, theme tourism, integration of regions and strategic partner, innovation of investment mechanism and tourism planning, total human ecosystem and continuation of place, tourism behavior and its influences, etc. and based on this we have a try to construct innovating frame work of tourism strategic researches, which include tourism strategy oriented with demands, tourism strategy oriented with supplies and tourism strategy oriented with investment, with the aim to discuss the tourism strategic innovating researching system.
