Water-saving Irrigation Agriculture in Henan Province and Its Countermeasures

在河南省节水农业技术研究项目的实践基础上,系统阐述了河南省节水灌溉的重要意义、现状和存在问题,并在综合分析研究全省的气候、地形地貌和土壤条件之后,结合水资源、经营规模、管理能力和经济社会发展状况,把全省划分成若干个节水灌溉的类型区,同时分别提出节水灌溉和调整农业结构的措施和对策。

Based on the practice of the water-saving agricultural technology and the research outcomes of the pilot project, and through extract and purify and summing-up, this paper systematically expounded the significance, current situation and existing problems of the water-saving irrigation of Henan Province. After having synthetically analysed the conditions of the climate, landforms, and soil , and in line with the state of the water resources, the scale of management, the capacity of the administration and the situation of the development of economy and society, the paper divided the whole province into several different categories of water-saving irrigation region, and respectively put forward the measures and countermeasures about the water-saving irrigation and the agriculture structure adjustment.
