论述了如何建立高效液相色谱法测定有关物质,阐述了方法中各条件确定的原理,并指出质量标准制订中存在的一些问题。
How to establish a HPLC method for determination of related substances in drugs is discussed. The principles of establishment of the chromatographic conditions and some problems in the drawing the quality standard of drugs arc exemplified.
