摘要 盐酸吡格列酮(pioglitazone hydrochloride,1),化学名为(±)-5-[4-[2-(5-乙基吡啶-2-基)乙氧基]苄基]-2,4-噻唑烷二酮盐酸盐,是日本Takeda和美国Lilly公司联合开发的噻唑烷二酮类胰岛素增敏剂,1999年FDA批准在美国上市。
