在技术哲学内部,技术与价值问题曾成为一个主题被凸现出来,这是技术自主论批判在技术领域内的表现,但是技术价值论所蕴涵的意义并没有得到太多的关注。技术认识论的兴起,使技术价值论已经显示出某种衰落的迹象。但随着社会建构论研究的深入,技术价值论又显示出其技术自主论批判的新的生长点。对技术价值论兴衰过程的反思涉及到技术哲学的范式问题。

In philosophy of technology, the question of technology and value had become a major point, Which represented the critique to autonomy of technology. But the meaning was ignored in the value of technology. With development of the knowledge of technology, the axiology of technology has declined. With research on the social constructivism, it is presenting new insight in critique to autonomy of technology.
