摘要
对铝及铝合金电镀工艺的难点进行了分析,通过化学浸锌前处理工艺的试验研究,确定了二次浸锌的较优工艺配方及条件为:400~500g/LNaOH,50~80g/L ZnO,适量添加剂,室温,第一次浸锌0.5~1.0min,第二次浸锌0.5~1.0min。通过外观、结合力、耐蚀性、电器焊接性能测试表明,经该工艺处理后能获得性能优良的银镀层,满足了生产需求。
The diffiiculties for silver electroplating of aluminum and aluminum alloy parts were discussed. The dip-galvanizing pretreatment process suitable to the electroplating of silver on Al and Al alloys wan established, while the formulation and conditions for two-step dip-galvanizing of the Al and Al alloys beforesilver electroplating were optimized.In addition,the bonding strength of the electroplated Ag coating to the substrate and its corrosion resistance were investigated. As the results, it was imperative lo carry out two-step dip-galvanizing of the substrate in a dip-galvanizing solution composed of 400-500 g/l. NaOH. 50-80 g/l. ZnO, and a proper amount of additives, each step for a dipping duration of 30-60s. The resulting electroplated Ag coating had good corrosion resistance and good adhesion to the substrate as well.
