摘要
提出了在地区电网调度自动化系统SCADA功能普遍推广实用化的基础上,可以参照3级控制模式,在地调主站实现电压无功控制的模式。主要思路是通过自动选择一级电压控制、二级电压控制和三级电压控制,在局部、区域或者全局进行电压无功优化,达到在保证系统电压安全的基础上,为用户提供质量合格的电压;然后在保证用户电压合格的基础上,实现电网的经济运行。
Based on the present situation of SCADA function in regional dispatch automation system is general practical utility, this paper brings up the mode of voltage and reactive power optimal control in regional dispatch main station system according to three hierarchical control structure. The main idea is that by selecting primary voltage control, secondary voltage control and tertiary voltage control automatically to optimize reactive power and control voltage in local, regional and overall situation, and then to provide qualified voltage for consumer based on voltage secure in power system, and to make the benefit effect on power system economic operation.
