摘要
介绍了微秒级脉冲斩波器的研制以及不锈钢表面的脉冲电化学抛光工艺,通过工艺试验,初步分析了各脉冲参数、加工时间等工艺参数对抛光质量的影响,与直流电及宽脉冲作用下的电化学抛光相比,获得了更好的加工效果。
Introduced microsecond level pulse chopper devices and the development of pulse electrochemical polishing stainless steel surface processes, through testing processes, preliminary analysis of the pulse parameters, the processing time for polishing processes parameters affecting quality, and the role of direct current and wide pulse electrochemical polishing compared to the better processing results.
