Fault Tree for De-liquid Equipment in the Impregnation System of Castings

利用FTA方法对脱液机的各种故障进行系统分析,建立了脱液机的故障树,并对故障树进行定性分析。找出了影响脱液机可靠性的主要因素,提出了提高脱液机可靠性的相应措施。

Faults of taking off the liquid equipment are studied and the fault tree of the system is constructed by using FTA methed in the paper. Then the qualitative analysis of the tree is carried out, the factors affecting of reliability for taking off the liquid equipment are found out, the measures to enhance the reliability for taking off the liquid equipment are proposed.
