摘要
使用数字图象处理的技术实现螺旋锥齿轮接触区的检测。对接触区的灰度和色调进行分析,根据人眼识别的特性,按照色差对齿轮接触区先进行灰度变换,再采用边缘检测算法得到较好的接触区轮廓,为齿轮的质量分析提供了参数依据。
The paper researchs the detect of contanct zone for Spiral Bevel Gear with digital image processing technology. According to sensitivity of eyes in glay-scale and tone to analysising contanct zone and processes it by glay-scale transformation and edge detection.
