摘要
介绍用LabW indows/CVI实现的对PCI总线运动控制器进行全功能综合检测的虚拟测试系统。该系统硬件有运动控制卡和PCL-818L数据采集卡的工控机、测试接口卡和辅助测试台及连接线等,结构简单,可靠性高。软件设计利用CVI数据处理能力和友好的图形界面等特性,具有很强的重用性和易维护性。
This paper introduces a virtual test system for all functions of PCI bus motion controller based on LabWindow/CVI. The hardware of the system consists of an industrial control computer with motion controller and PCL- 818L data acquisition board, testing interface card, assistant testing set and connecting line with simple configuration. The software design makes use of big of data handling capacity and friendly figure interface of the LabWindow/CVI with great reusability and maintainability.
