改性TiO_2膜的制备及其光催化降解染料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用铝片为载体,以溶胶-凝胶法制得掺杂A g的改性二氧化钛溶胶,采用拉膜法制得T iO2膜.用XRD、FT-IR对膜片的理化性能进行初步表征,并分别以甲基橙和亚甲基蓝作为目标降解物,考察了膜片在紫外光和可见光下的光催化活性.初步研究结果表明,A g改性T iO2膜对染料表现出良好的光催化活性,当添加量为0.08 m o l/L时,在254 nm的紫外光下对甲基橙的脱色率可达71%,在可见光下对亚甲基蓝的脱色率可达98%. The Ag-TiO2 thin films prepared by sol-gel method on aluminium surface were produced by drawing the membrane method. The samples were characterized by means of XRD and FT-IR. The photodegradation activities of methyl orange (MO) and methylene blue (MB) solution were investigated under UV (254 nm) and visible light irradiation respectively, using the doped films as catalysts. The influence of the addition amount of AgNO3 was also studied. The primary results indicated that Ag-TiO2 films had good photocatalytic activity to the decoloration rate of dyes. When adding 0. 08 mol/L AgNO3 into TiO2 solution, the decomposition percentage of MO and MB went up to 71% and 98%.
