摘要
大花蕙兰原球茎(PLBS)在添加不同浓度K+的培养基中培养后,表现出明显的增殖差异.通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,结果表明大花蕙兰PLBS在过氧化物同工酶(POD)酶谱上存在着明显的差异,证明了K+处理对大花蕙兰原球茎增殖及POD酶谱存在着一定的影响.
Protocorm-like body displayed remarkable proliferation following being cultured in the medium with different concentration of potassium. The results with the polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis indicated that there is a significant difference of POD isozymes compared with control. The present study demonstrated that treatment with potassium exerted impact on proliferation and POD isozymes in Cymbidium grandiflorium.
