Dendritic cell and its role in the inflammation of respiratory tract

摘要 树突状细胞是免疫应答的始动者,具有很强的异质性。体内有各种树突状细胞亚群发挥不尽相同的作用。树突状细胞在肺内呈网络状分布。在诱导肺部Th1/Th2免疫反应中以及诱导肺部免疫耐受中起着重要作用。 Dendritic cells, with the great heterogeneity, play a pivotal role in the immune responses. Different subtypes of dendritic cells play not exactly the same role in the immune responses. Dendritic cells are reticulately distributed in the lung, and play the important roles in inducing Th1/Th2 immune response and immune tolerance.
