The phosphoinositide 3-kinase pathway in pulmonary disease

摘要 近年来发现磷酯酰肌醇3激酶(phosphoinositide 3-kinase,PI3K)及其下游信号分子与某些肺部疾病关系密切,本文概述了PI3K的结构、分类、信号调节、生物学功能及其在支气管哮喘、肺癌等肺部疾病中的作用。 The Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase (PI3K) and its downsteam signaling molecule is recently discovered to have a close relationship with some pulmonary diseases. This article review PI3K about its structure, typing, signaling regulation, biological function and its role in asthma, lung cancer and other pulmonary diseases.
