摘要
为探讨热痹清片治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效及作用机理。采用弗氏完全佐剂造成佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型,设正常对照组、模型对照组、甲氨喋呤(MTX)组、雷公藤多苷(TPT)组和热痹清片(RBQ)组。记录各组大鼠的关节炎指数(AI)及体重变化。采用ELISA法则定细胞因子IL-1、TNF-a、IL-4、IL-10及VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)。结果显示治疗前后时比,RBQ、TPT、MTX组治疗后AA大鼠的AI显著降低(P〈0.05~0.01)。RBQ组体重无显著变化(P〉0.05),而TPT及MTX组体重减轻有显著意义(P〈0.05)。RBQ能显著降低VECF,下调IL-1与TNF-a,上调IL-10与IL-4,其作用与TPT、MTM相当,而降低VECF的作用优于MTX。表明RBQ对AA大鼠的综合作用优于TPT、MTX;且RBQ能调节细胞因子网络,从而发挥治疗作用。
In order to study the therapeutic effect and action mechanism of 'REBIQING PIAN' (RBQP, Heat- arthralgia- removing tablets) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) , rat models of adjuvant RA were made by Freund's complete adjuvant and divided into five groups: Groups A, B, C, D and E, the first two of which were the normal and modeled controls, and the rest three were treated by MTX, by TPT and by RBQP, respectively; the changes of arthritis indices (AI) and body weights of the five groups were recorded, respectively and the cellular factors, such as IL-1, TNF-α, FL-4, IL- 10 and VEGF (vascular endolhelial growth factor), were measured by ELBA method. The results showed that the post - treatment AI of groups E, D and C descent significantly compared with the pre - treatment ( P < 0.05 to 0.01); the body weights of Group E had no great change ( P > 0.05 ) , wliile the ones of Groups D and C were significantly decreased ( P < 0.05); RBQP functions to reduce VEGF significantly, reduce IL - 1 and TNF - α and improve IL - 10 and IL - 4, the function was corresponding to the ones of TPT and MTM but RBQP had an advantage over MTM in reducing VEGF. It was concluded that the comprehensive function of RBQP was better than the ones of TPT and MTM; RBQP functions to regulate the cellular- factor network and thereby produce the therapeutic effect.
