数字化时代医学影像学科建设与管理相关问题探讨

目的:对数字化时代医学影像学科建设与管理相关问题进行探讨。研究内容:(1)建立数字化医学影像学科的目的和意义;(2)数字化医学影像学科建设的要求;(3)数字化医学影像学科建设的人才培养与提高;(4)数字化医学影像学科建设存在的问题与展望。结论:在数字化时代,数字化设备的引进和PACS的建立使医学影像学科成为临床医学发展最快的学科之一,逐步形成了取代传统模式影像科的趋势,同时也为学科建设带来许多新的课题,需要在实践中不断地探讨和完善。

Objective To explore relative problems in the construction and management of medical imaging department in digital period. Study contents include： （1） the aim and significance of the construction of digital medical imaging department; （2） construction requirements; （3） personnel training and ability improvement; （4） problems and prospects of digital medical imaging department. Conclusion Along with the application of digital medical imaging equipments and PACS, medical imaging department becomes one of the most rapidly developed departments, which will substitute for the traditional modes of medical imaging department gradually. Besides, new issues will be put forward simultaneously which need discussing and improving.
