摘要
通过建立单个木纤维细胞结构形状的数学方程,分析确定定向微米木纤维加工技术形成的方法,同时讨论了实现微米木纤维细胞劈裂的条件。本文提出的理论将为人造板加工手段深入到细胞结构水平提供一种新的理论和方法,其产品具有广阔的工业化前景。
In this paper though built a mathematical model of single cell structure of wood fiber, oriented machining method for micro-wood fiber was analyzed and determined, and also the splitting crack condition to form micro-wood fiber was discussed as well. The theory put forward in this paper will supply a new method for the wood-based panel industry in going deep into wood mierostrueture level, and the products will has a promising industrialized future.
