摘要
目的探讨家兔内囊出血模型的制作方法及出血后颅内压及迷走神经放电的变化规律。方法应用立体定向技术制作内囊出血动物模型,通过RM6240B型多道生理信号采集处理系统,于内囊出血前分别记测颅内压和迷走神经放电变化。结果模型制作成功,并记测到动物内囊出血后颅内压增高(P<0.01)和迷走神经放电活动的增强(P<0.01)。结论实验中采用的脑立体定向技术及方法可以成功地建立家兔内囊出血模型,观察到内囊出血后出现颅压及迷走神经放电活动的变化,可为脑出血的研究提供重要的参考。
Objective.. To study the methods of establishing the model of internal capsule hemorrhage and record the changes of intracranial pressure (ICP) and discharge of vagus nerve after hemorrhage in rabbits. Methods: We establish the model of internal capsule hemorrhage by means of stereotactic method. RM6240B biological signal collecting and processing system was used to measure the changes of ICP and neural discharge of vagus nerve. Results : We established the model of internal capsule hemorrhage successfully. After acute internal capsule hemorrhage in rabbits, the ICP increased significantly (P〈0. 01) ; the discharge strength of cervical vagus nerve increased significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The model of intraeerebral internal capsule hemorrhage can be established in rabbits by means of stereotactic method . Studing the changes of ICP and neural discharge of vagus nerve after internal capsule hemorrhage can provide a reference for intracerebral hemorrhage.
