内皮素在良性前列腺增生症致膀胱出口梗阻的病理生理学意义

Significance of endothelin in the pathophysiology of bladder outlet obstruction of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨内皮素与良性前列腺增生症发生以及致膀胱出口梗阻的关系。方法用放射免疫检测法检测29例良性前列腺增生症患者与12例正常人前列腺组织、膀胱组织和血浆中ET-1含量。结果血浆中ET-1的含量在正常人和前列腺增生症患者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在良性前列腺增生症引起膀胱出口梗阻患者的前列腺和膀胱组织中ET-1含量显著高于正常人(P<0.05)。结论增生组病人膀胱和前列腺组织中ET-1的含量显著高于正常对照组,并且这种差异与外周血中ET-1的含量无关。提示在良性前列腺增生症致膀胱出口梗阻的发生过程中,ET-1可能起到一定促进作用。

Objective： To evaluate the role of endothelin in the bladder outlet obstruction of benign prostatic hyperplasia . Methods, The subjects consisted of 29 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and 12 normal men. The content of ET-1 in tissue of prostate,bladder and blood was examined by radioimmunoassay（RIA）. Results 2 There was no significant difference in blood of the two groups. But the content of ET-1 in tissue of prostate and bladder was higher than that of non-hyperplastic men. Conclusion; ET-1 may have some auxo-action in the pathophysiology of benign prostatic hyperplasia , which causes the bladder outlet obstruction.
