煤低温氧化过程气体产物变化规律研究 被引量:35

摘要 利用自制煤氧化装置,对褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤进行低温氧化实验,结果表明,不同煤样,低温氧化产生的气体及温度不同,气体的生成量与氧化温度呈指数关系,其相关性很好;揭示了煤的低温氧化过程气体浓度与温度变化特征,提出多标志气体进行煤自燃早期预测预报。 Using self - made coal oxidation device, the low temperature oxidation experimental for brown coal, bituminous coal and anthracitic coal has been made. The results show that the gas products and temperature of low temperature oxidation are different when coal samples are different, and the gas creation amount with oxidation temperature shows exponential relation, the correlation is very good. And the resuhs reveal gas concentration and temperature change character of coal low temperature oxidation process, and coal spontaneous combustion early forecast and prediction by multi - index gas is suggested.
