摘要
对油气管道安全预警系统进行了分析,将GIS技术应用于油气管道安全预警系统中,构建了基于风险和GIS技术的油气管道安全预警系统,开发出基于风险分析模型和GIS技术的安全预警分析系统。介绍了油气管道安全预警系统结构的设计及基本功能。应用结果表明,该系统以GIS技术为平台,采用风险分析方法辅助进行管道安全预警是可行的,在油气管道风险分析中具有较好的工程实用价值。
The safety early-warning system of oil and gas pipelines was analyzed. The GIS technology was applied to the safety early-warning system of oil and gas pipelines. A safety early-warning system based on the risk analysis and GIS technology was formed. A safety early-warming analyzing system based on the risk analysis model and GIS technology was also developed. The architecture and basic functions of the safety early-warning system for oil and gas pipeline were introduced. The application of the safety early-warning system shows that it is feasible to make safety early warning by using risk analysis on the basis of GIS techniques. Therefore,this system is worthy of application in the risk analysis of oil and gas pipelines.
