摘要
加拿大油砂是较好的可利用资源,出口的油砂沥青的原料为DilBit原油和SynBit原油。选择DilBit原油作为加工油沙沥青的原料,研究了油砂沥青的加工路线、工艺及经济效益。对油砂沥青加工中的高硫渣油或高硫焦的处理、全厂氢平衡及燃料平衡等问题进行了多方案对比。研究结果表明:沸腾床加氢-焦化组合工艺适合于加工DilBit原油。
Canada oil sand is an available resource in the world. DilBit crude oil and SynBit crude oil are the raw materials of oil-sand bitumen exported from Canada. Taking the DilBit crude oil as the raw material to study the processing routes,technology and economic benefit of oil-sand bitumen. The multi-scheme comparison of handling the high-sulfur residue or high-sulfur coke,and the equilibrium between production and expenditure of hydrogen and fuels in the processing of oil-sand bitumen were made. The result shows that the ebullated bed hydrogenating-coking-gasification combination process is suitable for processing DilBit crude oil.
