与独联体国家进行油气管道前期研究的几点体会

Some Ideas about Feasibility Study on Oil and Gas Pipelines during Cooperation with Commonwealth of Independent States

面对日益严峻的能源形势,扩大能源渠道成为解决供需矛盾的一个主要手段。在我国与国外进行的油气技术合作中发现,独联体国家是我国获取油气资源的重要渠道。与独联体国家的专家进行油气管道研究中发现,在前期研究中双方在采用标准规范、工艺技术等方面存在很多差异。分析了彼此存在差异的原因,并对今后与独联体国家进行油气管道合作提出了建议。

Confronting the increasingly grim energy situation,expanding of energy supply sources becomes the main way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand. In the foreign countries having oil and gas fields,the Commonwealth of Independent States is an important source to import oil and gas. In the study of oil-gas transportation pipelines,there are many discrepancies in the feasibility study,such as the adoptive standards,codes and techniques,between the Commonwealth of Independent States and China. The discrepancies were analyzed. Some suggestions for the cooperation with the Commonwealth of Independent States in the research of oil and gas pipelines in the future were presented.
